Frequently Asked Questions

  • How soon in advance do I need to order?
    Ideally 24-48 hours prior to pickup or delivery. You can request less than 24 hours but! It must be in prior to 3PM EST There will be a “rush order” fee For Grazing Tables and Events - the sooner we know, and secure your date, the better!
  • Do you offer Delivery?
    Yes! Depending on the distance will determine your delivery charge. Must message and confirm delivery fee/cost prior to delivery.
  • Where is your pickup location?
    Elizabethtown, KY – once the board is completed and ready for pick up, I will send you the address for pickup directly.
  • Can my order be customized? Can my board be made without allergens or dietary restrictions?
    Absolutely! We would love to create something special and unique just for you! All you have to do is send that request to: tablesofgraze@gmail.com , and someone will get back to you about the details and pricing. Also, more common customization requests are vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, nut allergies and/or dietary restrictions.
  • How long will my board stay fresh?
    Your board will be fresh 1 day prior to your event, and up to 2-3 days after your even (if you have leftovers) to enjoy. We do advise that you pull your board out of the fridge 45 mins before your event to let the meat and cheese reach the room temperature and be more flavorful.
  • Do you offer Discounts?
    From time to time, just have to catch it when we post online, Instagram and our Facebook group!
  • Do you offer classes?
    Yes! Please email us at: tablesofgraze@gmail.com to get that information.
  • Does my order come with crackers?
    Yes! All boxes and boards come with a variety of crackers (ex: water crackers, whole wheat, rosemary, etc.) and packaged on the side to preserve freshness. If you would like to add more crackers, upgrade crackers (ex: rosemary raisin crackers) or add bread/baguette, we have an add-on bread and cracker box option on our menu ($15)! We also offer gluten-free crackers if needed, just let us know.
  • Do you use local ingredients?
    Yes! We try to use all the local, organic, resources that we can!
  • What if I’d like something that isn’t listed on your menu?
    Just email us at tablesofgraze@gmail.com and we will see what we can figure out for you!
  • Can you ship your boards outside of Elizabethtown?
    We would love to share our boards and tables with everyone, but as of right now, we only service within a 200 mile radius.
  • Do you travel outside of Elizabethtown for events?
    We do travel up to 200 miles from Elizabethtown, KY, for events and large parties.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We understand that "ish" happens, and sometimes events need to be canceled or rescheduled. Due to the nature of our business (with perishable items such as meats and cheeses), we kindly ask that: All boards have a 48-hour notice of cancellation for a partial refund. All large event(s)/parties have a 1-week notice of cancellation for a partial refund. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are due at the time of order.
  • What temperature do I need to serve the board?
    A refrigerator or cooler with ice packs works for this! Ideally, you’d want to pull the board out 30-45 mins prior to the event starting to get room temperature.
  • What if I don’t like a certain cheese/nut/etc?
    Just email us at tablesofgraze@gmail.com and we will see what we can figure out for you!
  • Will my board have all the ingredients I put on my customized board?
    We will do our best to accommodate adding all requested items, but, sometimes items are not in stock. If not many items are added to the order, Tables of Graze will add items of their choice.
  • What are your boards made of?
    Our boards are made of palm board. Which are biodegradable. For special orders, grazing tables and large parties – there are other arrangements, but we can go over that at the time of the ordering process.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Cash, Charge and PayPal. We do not accept check, money order or other payment services.
  • Can I bring my own platter?
    Depends. Health Department regulations and concerns over cross contamination –make things a bit trickier! But we can accept outside platters as long as it’s dropped off 48 hours prior to the due date. This will ensure we can clean the board properly prior to use.
  • Do you provide utensils?
    All boards and tables will come with tools (disposable) as needed for their order. We DO NOT provide plates and utensils.
  • If I’m throwing a large party, such as a wedding, what is the price per person?
    This depends on the several factors. One of which is, are you trying to set up appetizer table or a entre table? There is more information on our "Grazing Table Events" Tab - and you can also inquire with us for a more accurate quote.
  • Are the flowers edible?
    No, they are not. Please do not eat the flowers. If you do, it is at your own risk.
  • Do you provide a pork-free, vegetarian or vegan options?
    Yes! Just email us at tablesofgraze@gmail.com , and we can go over those options with you.
