Grazing Tables Information

Need something for a larger crowd? We are happy to create a fabulous grazing table spread (minimum of 25 servings) for your event! We offer both flat-lay and multi-level graze options, depending on your aesthetic preferences!

Grazing Tables start at $500.00+ per event.

Other Information:

• Please message us for specifics, and a quote. We offer appetizers and main meal sizes (prices vary).  

• Travel Fees: $1.00/mile both ways.

• Rental Equipment: To "elevate" the table (wood boards, crates, tiered stands, etc.): $200.00 ($50 fee with a $150 refundable deposit). The $150 refundable deposit will be returned after we receive all of our rental equipment back in perfect condition within a 7-day time period, after your event.

• Additional greenery for an extra lush effect: $60.00

• WE DO NOT provide:

  • Tables or tablecloths

  • Plates

  • Cutlery

  • You must make plans to rent, or discuss alternative, surface options with us (ie: islands, counter tops, etc.).

  • Table Sizes to consider renting/having at your event:

    • 24-54 PP  > 4-6 Ft Table

    • 54-150 PP > 6-8 Ft Table

    • 150-250 PP > 8-12 Ft Table

    • 250+ PP > 12-16 Ft. Table

• Our pricing includes setup, standard greenery, food design, bamboo knives and tongs for serving.

• Contracts must be signed and returned with a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date.
